Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, contact our support team immediately.

Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Modifications
Changes to your order (including address or item updates) can only be made within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee any modifications.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped across the UAE using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days depending on location. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Multiple failed attempts may result in additional delivery charges.
