Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Some items (like custom décor or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [support@jod.ae] or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return pickup or drop-off process.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Tabby, Tamara, card, or COD return).

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within the return window to arrange a swap.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
